SA 210C is the ASME standard steel grade, which is a type of medium carbon manganese steel pipe for boilers and superheaters and pipelines. It belongs to pearlitic heat-strength steel; therefore, SA-210C is not stainless steel. In 1995, China transplanted it to GB5310 high-pressure boiler seamless steel pipe standard, named 25MnG, but the C, Mn content range has been more clearly restricted. SA-210C is widely used in 300MW, 600MW and other large-capacity power station boilers whose working temperature is lower than 500 °C, such as water wall, economizer, low temperature superheater and other heating surface piping systems, headers and steam pipes. The density of SA-210C steel is 7.85.
